Bellator 266 video: Ben Parrish viciously knocks out Christian Edwards in 38 seconds

Written by on September 19, 2021

Fighting for the first time since suffering a broken leg in the cage, Ben Parrish rebounded in a big way with a 38-second knockout of big favorite Christian Edwards at Bellator 266.

Parrish landed a picture-perfect left cross to send Edwards, a sometime training partner of ex-UFC champ Jon Jones, to the canvas, and a series of right hammerfists forced referee intervention.

Bellator 266 took place Saturday at SAP Center in San Jose, Calif., and aired on Showtime.

Parrish was a huge underdog in betting lines with most lines having him at +700 against Edwards, who was undefeated as a pro and had won four straight Bellator fights coming into the bout on Saturday.

Parrish, who spent nearly two years on the bench due to his leg injury, wasted no time celebrating his win online.
